By accessing 10xenglish.edu.vn or using the 10X English apps, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service provider
The Services are provided by CÔNG TY TNHH 10XENGLISH (tax ID 3702673989).
2. Accounts
- Student accounts are issued after course enrolment, or created by you in the app.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
- The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Intellectual property
Course materials, videos, exercises, the 10X English brand and logo belong to CÔNG TY TNHH 10XENGLISH. They may be used for personal learning only and may not be copied, distributed or resold.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Sharing your account with others.
- Posting unlawful, offensive or harassing content.
- Interfering with, exploiting vulnerabilities in, or disrupting the system.
5. Fees and refunds
Tuition, offers and refund conditions are set out in the enrolment contract / form signed with each student.
6. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee they will never be interrupted. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from unavailability caused by force majeure.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
