Account deletion request

This page applies to the 10X English apps for students and teachers, developed by CÔNG TY TNHH 10XENGLISH.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open the 10X English app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm the request.
Option 2: Request by email
Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request", including your full name and registered phone number. We will verify your identity before processing.
Data that is deleted
- Account and profile information.
- Learning progress, submissions, speaking practice recordings.
- Messages and push notification tokens.
Data that is retained
- Invoices and payment records: kept for at least 10 years under the Accounting Law.
- Necessary security logs: up to 90 days.
Processing time
Requests are completed within 30 days after verification. Deletion cannot be undone.
